Latest is that I now get sound from the APV App but no video! Could the new software release be the cause of my problem? Or have I misunderstood how this works.ĪPV Help also suggested I clear the App Cache, but I can’t find this anywhere.ĪPV used to work albeit very sluggishly compared to Netflix, having seen the Software update link I note that the new version was rolled out from 10 Oct, shortly before my problem started. I think that because I cancelled my BT TV subscription some time ago I’m no longer getting App updates, which Amazon Prime Video say is the cause of the problem – APV plays fine on my Android phone and my Ubuntu PC.
